V-brakes one of the great upgrades of the old bosses were compat! Currently ride a Yeti SB75. Have a beautiful old Turner 26” Burner (4/bar linkage👌). Dream rides. The Yeti still is. (Turner would need new old-style headset 36 fork. Current Lyric nearly u/s). Point. People look at my Yeti and say ‘No battery’. Like it’s not a reall #mountainbike!!! 😡 Last shows 4-bar link!

It also had a 4-bar link suspension which worked astonishingly well, a precursor of the #Maestro suspension of my current #Trance Advanced.
