What's something you would like to see in paranormal television? Some kind of experiment? Something that's rarely done?
For the upcoming season the team will revisit some locations, places they (and we) think needs further investigation, for several reasons.
Once of the places is actually two buildings, and there I would like them to bring a very famous trigger object from one of the houses to the others. Something that's never been done there.
Just an example.
@homosatanis I'm a member of the Parapsychological Association, so naturally I would like to see the science brought into paranormal television.
Science is boring, of course, but bits and pieces could be interwoven. An enhancer, not normally the focus.
How theory is involved, how experiments support the existence of the paranormal, that sort of thing.
As an example: An episode about an extraordinary telepathic occurrence. Maybe a mother or mothers knowing that a child is in trouble. The most common is with the parents of soldiers.
In the dramatization, there are pauses to talk about the ganzfeld experiment and what has been discovered. (Bonded people do better than strangers, quiet environments help, as does the presence of great need, for example)
So the science always functions as the B story.
