I would apologise for my silence but for many days I didn’t know what to say. On the 20th December we found out we were expecting. On the 30th I started bleeding NHS 111 said it sounded completely normal, but I should get into the GP and get a referral to the early pregnancy unit. On the 3rd Jan I called the GP and they made me an appointment with the early pregnancy unit for the 9th Jan. I kept bleeding. On the 9th they did a scan and told me I had pregnancy of unknown location. They took my blood and sent me away to return two days later. I returned knowing whatever was going on it wasn’t going to end with a healthy pregnancy. They took more blood. The next day they told me I had miscarried. I’ve been asleep since then but I’m back up and ready to go, because I don’t know what else to do.
