Bela Fleck's My Bluegrass Heart with Molly Tuttle, Sierra Hull, Billy Strings, Michael Cleveland and a bunch of other killers at the Ryman last year. I have flac audio of this show I can dig up

When Bela put together his first bluegrass project in many years he called on the best of both his generation and the younger players. Molly, Sierra and Billy are all amazing talents who can hang tough with some of the best to ever do it.

And if you've never heard Michael Cleveland, well, he's really something too
@mrcompletely I’ve never seen Billy Strings and have been trying to buy tickets to his shows for more than a year. They always sell out before I get a chance.
@lowpressure yeah he got big QUICK and it doesn't seem like that's about to stop happening. He's fantastic live and I think his band is even better now with the fiddle player they added
@mrcompletely I’m still glowing from that show (livestream) and tell anyone who will listen and even some who won’t how incredibly good that show was. I’ve gotta rewatch that one. 🎶
@mrcompletely Bela nailed this album. Has a great trad grass sound. One of my favorites of the past few years. Remarkable and deserves all its accolades.
@bluesun he really did it right, cementing his place as not just one of the great players but one of the great leaders and central figures of modern bluegrass (along with all his other many endeavors)
@mrcompletely I caught the Bluegrass Heart tour in Greensboro, NC. Incredible playing. Lineup was a bit different with Bryan Sutton on guitar instead of Molly and Billy, but still an amazing show. Punch Brothers were on the double bill, so there was lots of crossover with musician switching in and out.
@aburtch the lineup we caught was the old guys lineup, the classic eighties/nineties all star crew with Sam, Stuart, Jerry, Edgar and Bryan in the Tony spot. Fantastic to see them all together again, but I love the other lineups too, especially with Sierra
@aburtch getting to see Bela play bluegrass is special...getting to see Edgar play bluegrass is something I wasn't sure I'd get to do again
@mrcompletely And Mark Schatz! I remember seeing him play bass with Tony Rice waaaaay back in the day.
@aburtch Schatz was the heart of things for a long time and I love him, but Edgar...Edgar is an actual genius and there's no one that works a bass like him
@mrcompletely Sierra brings so much to the party. Love her vocals and her mando playing is excellent.
@mrcompletely FLAC file you say???
@paulhasselhoth yeah I'll dig em up today, I ripped the webcast and got the audio from it
