We've just excluding yet another cruise ship infested with contaminants. This time it's the Azamara Quest.

Note that the exclusion only applies to special marine areas -- Fiordland, the Bay of Islands and Akaroa. Dirty ships are still permitted to dock in Dunedin, Lyttelton (Christchurch), Wellington, Napier, Timaru, Tauranga and Auckland.

@BobLefridge And ships that are "clean" will visit non SMA ports shortly after infected ships, potentially pick up pests, and then take them to the SMA.
