I see @GossiTheDog has noted this thing is built on Java… I would say this outage could have been caused by a bad Java update but nobody ever patches that stuff are you crazy?

@riskybusiness no one applies Windows patches that quickly and it's a govt department so it'd be at least a year before they apply the patches, I bet it was DNS or BGP 😜​
