The annual Icculus Microgrant is in full effect! We''re funded and giving out $250 grants to open source projects.

If you want to nominate a project or contribute to the grants, the details are over here:

Ryan C. Gordon on Twitter

“I am now accepting nominations for open source projects that should get a microgrant of $250. You can nominate yourself or others; I send money all over the world in the equivalent currency, so this is _not_ limited to Americans. Just reply to this thread so I see the project!”

@icculus
Is it necessary to do it on Twitter?
Would you be kind enough to accept nominations from here as well?
Anyway, if you ever felt that #Morrowind would be fun to play with other people, then consider donating to the developer of #TES3MP. Or maybe to some developers of @openmw , as the multiplayer project is derived from that.

@testman

I have never seen @icculus restrict applying for microgrants to any social media platform. I think the above post is for informing the details regarding microgrants which were already posted in twitter.

I have seen applicants apply anywhere he can see them and are usually some one associated with the project they are applying for.

These are my personal observations and I'm very glad seeing him post here about microgrants.

@akhilvarkey @testman Yeah, and Twitter is sort of a disaster this year, so if I see a nomination here, I'll add it to the list (and post the list here before it's finalized, so people can go HEY YOU MISSED MY REPLY and we can fix it before it's too late).
