Figure I’ll post about the amazing yet simple app Tweek. It’s a to do list but it’s VERY ADHD FRIENDLY.
So you put this on your to do list. Anything you don’t do, gets moved across to the next day automatically. You can make recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) they are the only ones that DONT move across because they are obvs for that day only.
There’s also a SOMEDAY list which is great for those tasks you don’t know when to get to.
