#Ukrainian food.
It is very diverse and even tasty.
Natural ingredients are used.
Today: Marshmallow with #strawberries.
150 km from the capital is the city of Boguslav.
There is a company called "Bohuslavsky Zavod Prodtovariv".
It produces marshmallows, #cookies, and #gingerbread.
Super very tasty.
Ingredients: applesauce, sugar, eggs, pieces of strawberries, natural dye.

May I add to that recommendation, MAMUSKA BY Olia Hercules, Born in Ukraine but now living in London her delightful book includes recipes from all over the Black Sea region including Ukraine. Many of these have been passed to her from family aunties making this is totally a book of Home Cooking. It's such a treat to dip into on these cold bleak days.
