@ardenthistorian witzig ist, das mp's recht schnell ersetzbar sind (man braucht keinerlei gesonderte befähigung, ausser den willen rücksichtslos auf alle u. den vorgänger zu schei...)

qualifiziertes pflegepersonal, das bereit ist für ein witzlohn durchaus 50+ h/w zu schuften, gibts eben nicht an jeder ecke ... ich vermute, dass allein seine wöchentlich garderobe mehr als 18k £ kostet - da kann man schon mal die relationen verlieren
