WordGirl@geoff_green I’m in southern Wilmington/Carolina Beach. After much gripe from the NC good ole boys, they built a greenway on the island. Now it’s a treasured addition that has increased prop values and reduced traffic. And - it’s being expanded. One of the best decisions Carolina Beach made to improve the vibe!
@wordgirl I go to Kure Beach every summer and I love the CB greenway trail! I saw there was some controversy about extending it but I hope they do.
@geoff_green yes, I believe they had to jump through hoops due to the military-owned lbs it passes through but I heard that was getting resolved. I hope so!
