Impressed, and more than a little bit horrified. I would love to be a fly on the wall when regulators have to deal with an AI-written smart contract. I just don't want to have to be one of those regulators.

If we consider ChatGPT as functionally equivalent to a Galton Board, & a smart contract equivalent to a vending machine, does that imply that the intention required for consensus in idem of a contract exists at the training stage of ChatGPT? Or is it more like a coin pusher machine, so the resulting "contract" falls under sponsio ludicra provisions?
