I’ve just devoured 700+ pages of this #book in under 6 days and it’s phenomenal. I was hesitant reading the blurb that the main character is a vampire hunter because, well, I like vampires! But Gabriel is half-vampire himself so has the powers, thirsts & healing abilities of one himself, and is such an irreverent bastard that I was truly sucked in. The world-building & characters are incredible and damned if there isn’t more plot jammed into this book than I thought possible. #EmpireOfTheVampire
