@Ghastwood Agreed. We're big fans of FATE. We ran a game ... 2 years ago? ... and loved how it facilitated world building through aspects, and how it modeled conflict resolution (which could be as much about trading bullets as it could trading verbal barbs).
@lairofsecrets it’s just easier to adapt to your needs without twisting everything out of shape, unlike some other “&” based systems that people try to shoehorn into every setting
@Ghastwood Yep. It took us a little while to get our heads around the FATE rules (particularly when using Aspects as part of an investigation) but we enjoyed it greatly.
