I prefer bechamel over ricotta in my lasagna. The family doesn't really challenge that. Partly because it's a pain to get :-)
But my spouse prefers it as well.
It's not too bad to make. The pasta that is. I just need about 90 minutes from start to finish to make.
This is kind of a special meal so I go extra on it :-)
