Laurence Fox claiming that abortion as bad as rape is a strange development in attempts to introduce the culture war to the UK.

I start from the assumption he's trying to be strategic.

I can see why he is trying to introduce an American-style groomer panic to the UK (in his documentary "Groomed: How Schools Sexualize Your Children").

However, there is overwhelming support for abortion in the UK. Surely it will alienate, as well as draw attention? Or does he only want to appeal to 5% of pop?
