It really sucks for the people who fall victim to the would-be-strike. But there's a very simple answer to the uttered threat of any #nuclearStrikes. #FAFO! Because not doing something bc someone is saying he's doing the unthinkable, is surrender to a #mouthpiece. It doesn't matter whether he theoretically can do it, or even might be so crazy and give the order. It isn't an option, and #MAD is the only answer to it. Once you accept that, there is no point in worrying.
