@sbarolo Occasionally, I’ll buy several organic oranges. Remove the seeds, put everything else into the blender. EVERYTHING, including the peel. Use the resulting pulp as the ‘liquid’ for bread dough, instead of water or milk. (No sugar added, not needed.) This part you’ll have to do by feel, because the pulp throws the volume/weight calculation off. But it’s doable if you’ve made bread before. The result is a surprisingly lovely loaf of bread.
