Thanks for sharing this.
It's right on the money.
The chronic high anxiety over leaving the house for 5 minutes to drop off a package... It's a vicious downward cycle of anxiety overdrive, or just stay home.
Even doctors don't understand. 30 minute check-in, 30 minute wait for the doctor, 30 minute appointment. Oxygen. Who needs it anyway?
