@sociology @hauschildt it draws particularly on #VictorRay (and @Maxjordan_n’s) work on #RacializedOrganizations to think about how racialization functions ON patients and families at #EndOfLife

The author is deeply sympathetic to both docs + families, but it is not always comfortable reading — as an honest mirror may be uncomfortable
