You can tell a lot about how a city thinks about non-car transportation by how well they maintain pavements and cycle paths after snow and ice. It's been more than four days since it snowed and they are still treacherous in #Sheffield. Very telling. Seems #SheffieldCityCouncil really don't give a fuck despite what they say!
