Since my life changed I haven’t kept up morning yoga & meditation. I just get up & start working. Now I’ve got some pains due to losing this practice. I need a reminder, a community check-in & a set daily start time. There’s a hashtag #IAmWriting that serves as support for a task in real time. If I or ‘we’ posted with #YogaTime at, say 6.30 am UK time would you like that? I’m also thinking about a WhatsApp group so it’s even more of a community. Would you join that if in a good time zone?

@tewade Haha! Of course. I’m have a particular dyscalulic brain fog when it comes to understanding times, dates and time zones in particular. If I had a calendar that showed a planet and the sun it might help. Literally, I make mistakes with scheduling multiple times a day.

That must be tough. I would struggle with that - my work days are literally driven by a myriad of calendar bookings - couldn't survive without my Outlook calendar.
