Fermilab/CERN recommendation for Linux distribution

CERN and Fermilab jointly plan to provide AlmaLinux as the standard distribution for experiments at our facilities, reflecting recent experience and discussions with experiments and other stakeholders. @maxamillion I liked #ScientificLinux being a thing, but #AlmaLinux is a good project and I'm glad to see it getting the mindshare.
@mason agreed, I feel like Alma is the spiritual successor to classic CentOS with a reinvigorated focus on community that was needed. They do good stuff, I'm a fan.
