I see this, and raise slightly less cheese from what I view as another cheese capital: Wisconsin.

I'm in California, where we have decent cheese but nothing that compares to Italy or France. Wisconsin makes wonderful cheese. I'm a sucker for squeaky cheese curd too.😉

@Nansfruit @natania Go where the good cheese is and you can't go wrong! That's what I think! It's been over a decade since I've been to CA but now that you mention it cheese was not something that stood out!

Wisconsin's cheese is wonderful, perfect for a delicious cheese sauce. 😋 For this reason I am happy to have them as neighbors. Don't get me started on #curds 😆 I love #cheesecurds

I love cheesecurds of all sorts. My favourite though is probably fried white cheddar curds served with a blackberry barbecue sauce. 😋
