I rather like that #Brexit flag - looks like #Wales is bigged up, albeit behind the bars of an English gaol......

Realistically, the dragon would be squeezed into one corner, but given there is no part of Wales in the #unionFlag that would still be progress....

[incidentally the Union Flag includes the cross of St Patrick (red diagonals) which is not the national flag of NI or indeed any part of Ireland]

This is a small, first draft. (The final SVG will be massive with much higher resolution).

The border around the circle of stars in the centre is a shade midway between that of the Cross of St. David and the European Stars.

The intention of the flag is to indicate standing foursquare behind Wales and the European Union. And behind the idea of the EU being an integral part of and *in* Wales.
