#Friday morning #RuckRun on a wooded hiking trail in a #WashingtonDC park. As I emerged from the park onto the #Georgetown University campus, I spotted a huge hawk perched in a tree overlooking the banks of the #Potomac River.

(I tried waving at the people across the river in #Arlington, #Virginia, but they ignored me. Virginians are rude.)
