In Those Days

The National Library of Australia's Trove incudes a searchable database of digitised newspapers. It's both very useful and also a great way to waste time.

I often 'just look something up quickly' and an hour later I'm deeply immersed in tracking the career of 1950s jam thieves.

@InThoseDays It's also worth creating an account to do text corrections on scanned articles where the automatically recognised text is wrong.
