I interviewed a candidate for an intern position yesterday. When I described the job I told her it was meant for us to develop her and hopefully we get something useful too.

My favorite part was the look on her face when I told her that no matter whether or not she gets the gig, she beat out dozens of other candidates to get the interview, and that she has a bright future.

But you know what? She's got skillz and I'll probably extend an offer.
