@WirlOfWirls I like the interactions and ideas a lot, especially the ones with Data. I like that the crew grows on you as the seasons progress.
@Jkw That is one of my favourite aspects of '80's and '90's Trek. For an android who doesn't feel emotion, I find Data's scenes most moving.
@WirlOfWirls exactly, and Data's endless earnest quest to become more human (even though, in more than one way he far exceeds our capabilities), to me is like a mirror: technology may exceed us in many ways, but to be human is and will remain something special nonetheless.
In a time where AI starts to really progress, see chatGPT for example, that notion kind of is comforting too.
