I had croissants that were about to go stale, so I made them into little bread pudding. Just need to whip up some crème anglaise to go with it 🥐🥣
It’s pretty much like a French toast casserole, I just cut the croissants up smaller and let the egg-butter-milk mixture soak in for 20 minutes before baking at 350-375 degrees for another 20 minutes.
