Internet doesn't recommend drinking more than 400ml #puerh tea per day, and preferably in the morning, so I now stick to the following #tea diet: 500-800ml of puerh in vacuum flask in the morning, followed by another liter of #lapsangsouchong or #dahongpao in french press in the evening. Does it make sense? How long will I survive on such a #diet?
@shwars It's the increase in stimulants above the baseline that makes you feel anything, not the baseline itself. I try to do two days a week without caffeine, so that my baseline is low enough not to require big doses.
@aleksj you are right, #vipassana every now and then is a good idea!
@shwars I saw an article in the news several years ago about a man who poisoned himself by drinking large quantities of tea. Tea pulls fluoride out of the soil and when you drink insane amounts, as in liters per day it ends up in you. Good Luck.
@SoapyFMF thank you, I probably need to research more! But in moderate quantities fluoride is good for our teeth, right?
@shwars Not moderate quantities, but extremely small quantities. In the U.S. drinking water is fluoridated. Any dentist will tell you that hasn't stopped people from getting rotten teeth. I love all kinds of tea, so I hate to tell you this, but your goal should be to get under a liter of tea a day.
