Hey #Geneadons! Many years ago, I started a genealogy blog...and then I got sick. (that is the punch line to my life, lol)

I am ready to give blogging another go. The old one was on Wordpress. I am sure after 14 years that there are new and improved options, so please bombard me with recommends!

I am in The US and reasonably tech savvy, but the easier the platform, the better. And free is a must as I am hopelessly frugal.

@GenealogyTimeTraveler Wordpress is still around and updating all the time, and there's still a free version. I recently got my own domain, but it just redirects to the blog. http://www.auriette.com

@GenealogyTimeTraveler Depending on your service provider, I'd still consider WordPress. My current genealogy blog runs on it, after trying a handful of other content management systems in the distant past.

Wordpress has grown even more popular. It has also changed a lot with block styling.
