My "design wall" is basically pinning stuff to the curtains πŸ˜€ #patchwork #quilting #PatchworkQuilt
@viperpie LOVE IT!! it's just gorgeous!
@Leander_Reeves I'm liking how its working out, very simple design but effective! A bit of a last minutey xmas gift so needs to be quick-ish to make!
@viperpie that’s a brilliant idea! 😨
@SoybeanJenny It doesn't seems to leave marks, but I don't know if I'd recommend it unless you have strong curtains!

@viperpie ohh point taken, the weight coild he an issue πŸ€”

Thanks for the warning! πŸ˜ƒ

@viperpie clever hack AND awesome patchwork
@inarticulatequilter A 'hack' sounds way cooler than 'what you do when you've run out of wall space' πŸ˜€
@viperpie Great idea. I was only trying to puzzle this out last night - how to puzzle out block placement. I didn’t think of the curtains.
@juliew2010 It's funny - I've actually got it all designed in EQ8 so I can see what I want it to look like eventually, but sometimes you need to be able to lay the bits out somewhere (or pin them up) to see what's to be done next!
@viperpie quilters & seamstresses are just so damn clever
@CaroOkay I love a good creative solution, but this one I thought everyone probably did! But doesn't seem like it πŸ˜† Just don't have the wall space for anything more permanent (& if I did, I'd fill it up with art anyway).
@viperpie I love Morris fabrics. I'm sure it will be beautiful.
@AmethystVorax Thankyou! I'm pleased with how it's going!
