As a dog owner it makes me mad! There are even people who hang the bags from tree branches! As if theyโre magically going to be collected or find their way to a bin!๐ค๐
If they can scoop it up put it in a bin. Of course some still donโt bother to even clean up which gives all dog owners a bad name!โน๏ธ
