The sanctions hearing case against Jones and Free Speech Systems' lawyer is now covering about the incidents during the Heslin trial (one of the Sandy Hook families), including the situation where Reynal gave the finger (aka flipped the bird) to a plaintiffs lawyer (Mark Bankston) in the courtroom.
#InfoWars needs to be history. We are hearing about all the orders broken by Reynal.

Now we get to the infamous text messages - part of the hard drive transmitted in error by Reynal to Bankston (containing much information that Reynal should not have had access to).

This sanctions case against lawyers for #InfoWars and to bring justice to those harmed by Alex Jones and some accountability for those who have helped him continues.

Judge Bellis lifts the Texas punitive cap. The full punitive damages have been awarded - so $49.2 million against #AlexJones and #FreeSpeechSystems / #InfoWars, with some discussion on the constitutionality of the cap.

@kite @DToher @knowledgefight Yes, they're entirely separate cases. The billion dollar judgement was in Connecticut. This hearing was about the first Texas case.
