I am trying out the Pomodoro Technique for this week. For those that don't know what it is, your focus period is 25 minute intervals with 5 minutes break inbetween and then a 15 minute long break after the 4th. It worked very well yesterday and you have to ignore everything in the focus period.
@mooncake the pomodoro technique taught me that no technique keeps working for me. Like, when my brain gets bored of it I need a new technique. I hope it’s better for you.
