Simple racks that don’t have too many bells or whistles are best. I ended up outfitting my entire gym with the most basic rogue racks - the available attachments for them are great too so you can build out a very versatile piece over time.
I’d invest most in a solid barbell. It’s the thing you’ll be in contact with the most.

I’d personally stay away from York.. their OG 70’s stuff was legendary but the new stuff never held up for us.
All of the other stuff seems like it’ll be solid and last. You’re going to have an awesome set up.
For floor protection I’d look into horse stall mats. They’re like 1/5th the price of any gym mats and are incredible for protection
