In photography, sometimes you need a bit of luck! I must admit I was lucky to #capture this #epic moment in #west #ghana, #anomabo. This is the famous #greensnake chasing a #lezard and quickly climbing the closest tree to hide! ๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ“ท

#ghana certainly remains one of my best holidays ever. ๐Ÿ–๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ–๏ธ

@eodiop itโ€™s all about timing! Great shot!
@Ellephoto I agree! Thank you so much ๐Ÿฅฐ
@eodiop Superb capture. I expect youโ€™ve earned this โ€˜luckโ€™ by putting in the โ€˜wastedโ€™ hours.
@dovevalleypotter thank you so much! You're right though - so many hours have been wasted over the years!

@eodiop @dovevalleypotter

The 'wasted' hours were not wasted. They created the opportunity for you make this great photo. Then you took this opportunity. ๐Ÿ“ธ

Kudos for the photograph.

Always wonder how snakes succeed at clinging to the sides of trees. Maybe trees being rounded helps them.

Anybody ever seen a snake clinging to a relatively flat surface like the wall of a house ?

@antipode77 @dovevalleypotter

I agree that overall it's not wasted! Thank you so much!

Apparently they have really strong muscles - that allows them to move that fast and to cling onto things! They are odd creatures though! ๐Ÿคฏ

@eodiop Woah, great (lucky) capture!
@KaSaPo Thank you so much! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
