@milgrim Lulu (L on stream pic) stays a bit cleaner as she doesn't stay outside quite as much as Beauregard (R) & when she does, she mostly lies on the patio.
Beauregard lies in the dirt. Look at his side vs. Lulu's rump, but I do often get similar comments.

@kniziol First, they are both rescues, so canβt be π― sure, but both are Great Pyrenees, at least mostly.
I have read that there are 2 strains of Pyrs- 1. Eastern like Lulu (blue) with a thinner muzzle & closely resembling a Kuvasz or Maremma Sheepdog & 2. Western like Beauregard (black) with a slightly blockier head. Though I think classic Pyrs are something in between. π€·ββοΈ
