Back at Snozone Milton Keynes again for a couple of hours this morning, with z0rlac junior and one of his school friends. After adjusting the bindings yesterday (changed the angles, as well as slid them far more towards the toe edge), the toe edge turns felt far better this morning.

I didnt get to use the 360 camera very much, and what footage there is was "meh"... even so, it did show me that I can and should lean more into my edges, and bend my knees more.

Next visit, I`ll probably use the Jones UMT instead of the Bataleon Whatever, just to get the binding position and angles sorted for that board.

@z0rlac looking good. I had a less good day. I was ran into by a skier who was doing a race start. He refused to believe that if two people collide and one is accelerating quicker (just gravity vs by using gravity+ poles) than the other probably set off first. Lots of shouting was involved on both sides.
@JJTurner Sorry to hear that, were you injured? Would they have been if it wasnt a public place? ;)
@z0rlac No, nobody is worth getting kicked out.
@z0rlac just bruised and sore a little. Unfortunately the quickest way to stop on a board is to bail :(
@JJTurner z0rlac junior caught an edge twice today while trying to avoid skiers who seemed oblivious to most things around them, and managed to wind himself quite badly from one of the falls. We left at that point because like my Friday night, it was getting more than just busy, it was becoming dangerous.
@z0rlac yeah, was busy this morning. Started off lovely and quiet. Annoyingly that was going to be my last run. Need to learn from trackday experience and never do 'just one more'. There's always another day.
