Here's a pic that took an exceptionally long time to take. A few years back I started collecting and drying various plants to photograph.

Mum kindly started collecting some from her garden for me to use as well, then a combination of us moving house, mum moving house and a pandemic happened and the plants she had collected were left in an old antique desk.

The desk went into storage. We all forgot about the plants.

Then finally earlier this year I retrieved the desk from storage, opened it up and found it full of dried flowers.

Anyway, this is a branch of honeysuckle that was popped into that desk a couple of years back and now lives in my studio.
