Sally BridgeMorning all! Who’s off for a bit of #parkrun this morning, if so tell me a bit about where you #run and would you recommend the course. My home #parkrun is #NonsucPark #Sutton where is normally just short of 2 laps and mainly grass with a couple of pesky hills thrown in. Looks like we are switching to the Winter course this morning which means no hills but mainly grass. Beautiful park. Does anybody run with their #dog😬🏃🏼♀️🐶 I take Freddie every now and then but he slows me down 😀
Doug Kuhrt@Sally_Bridge Morning Sally. I've a friend Lucy Tsang who used to do your parkrun. I need to see if she still does. My home #parkrun is #crosbyparkrun. It's a one lap course. We start on the beach and run around 4 of Anthony Gormleys metal men. The 4th "Bing" is our permanent #volunteer 😂 About a third is beach, then along the prom, before the home stretch back along the grass. We usually have a few homemade cakes at the end 😋 This morning I am doing #birkenheadparkrun my 2nd home! #running
