Remember my green chili fermenting Experiment? The ferment caught a film-forming yeast. It took 2 days for it to developed from first visible signs to this "carpet". I know this from Sauerkraut, so I know it was not mold. It's not poisonous, but can leave a strange taste. So I decided to stop it and store it away.
I spooned out the yeast, added some vinegar and Salt, boiled it up and filled it into little jars.
