Normally I'd follow back, but I try to keep the amount of news about the state of the world to a minimum for my emotional wellbeing.

I am happy you do have the energy to comment and critique about what is going on. Hopefully one day I can join that discussion again. In the mean time I try to focus on the small positives I do have some say over.
