About fifteen years ago, my band wrote and recorded an album in a month as part of the "RPM Challenge", in a garage, using positively ancient equipment (even for the time)
Earlier this year, we decided to release it to streaming platforms.

As of right now, Spotify have not paid out a single cent, despite over 84,000 streams. Our distributor (Distrokid) have refused to talk is what's going on, or make enquiries about what's going on. It's very frustrating. It's ridiculous that they can just pay so little anyway, let alone just withhold payment without telling the artists why.

But anyway, we're considering re-recording a few tracks now that we're well-off enough to be able to afford do it properly (or at least less amateurishly)

We'd appreciate it if people gave us a listen. We're a bit prog, a bit grungy, and a bit heavy. With female vocals.

@unfnknblvbl Distokid's lack of customer service drove us to Emubands, where you can actually speak with real human beings about your problems and concerns. The price is a bit higher, but it's worth it (in our opinion.) Good luck with the new recordings 🤘🤘🤘
@Zagarmatha thanks for the heads-up! I'll have a chat with the ladies about it :)
