A new friend will be headed this way from the UK very soon. I was seriously torn between the 11th doctor (my overall favorite) and the 4th doctor (my favorite of the classic doctors). I went back and forth quite a bit... But ultimately, I chose the 4th doctor as I feel his overall look is more iconic.
