What's your favorite character, if you have one? (I personally have a hard time choosing between Hua Cheng and Xie Lian.) Do you have any favorite headcanons, or favorite fics or art to recommend? Do /you/ want recs (of fic or art, or of other TGCF fans to follow on here)?

Thank you so much for both links! I don't think I've read the first one yet (I've marked it for later), but I remember that I LOVED Wu Ming Loving Hours. The ship Wulian is so special to me. <3 Uhh maybe don't read the fic I wrote for it, though, lmao, unless you're into darker themes.

You probably guessed I enjoy fluff more and need a little bit more assurance when delving into darker themes. As for dynamics, if it's similar enough to canon I'll probably be okay with it. I like any flavour of hualian as long as there's utter devotion and their canon mutual care is still there. Oh, but I do enjoy switching, there isn't much of that in danmei fandom in general.

Ahh, I did read your fic just now. Normally I'm not very good with a lot of things but I thought I might try it and ended up getting a nice fic out of it. Your note at the beginning was very thoughtful, it's nice to have more context about some of the heavier things.

@FlowerCrown hi hi! I don't exactly have a fandom overlap with you but I'm a skater - I only intermittently pay attention to the competitive sport but I'm a huge fan of Evgenia Medvedeva. And I liked YoI but was never in the fandom. I also love femslash and f/f content but that's mostly in SFF tradpub, Western indie comics and sometimes films and vidya for me.
