Content from a stage can’t be properly conveyed by projecting a poster meant to be read or be guided through at close distance. Lightning talks at @[email protected] had 3 slides (3 mins) to give high level overview & attracted traffic to poster. It *can* work if done properly. #ACR22 https://twitter.com/rheum_cat/status/1591799052966203394

“Experiencing an #IgniteTalk finally Great stages, very fancy Screen is huge But another reminder that we need to rethink our posters for the virtual and hybrid era #ACR22 @Tuhina_Neogi”

#ACR22 Sadly I don't see any tweets of @[email protected]'s #CommunityHub talk on improving visuals/figures in presentations.

It's part of effective communication, and different considerations for different modalities (manuscripts, talks, posters). Worth a longer session #ACR23

@[email protected] AND, relatedly, I learned last night that @[email protected] took an ACTING CLASS to help him become a better scientific communicator. Combining these 2 skills would make a great session. If not #ACR23 than maybe #RRW https://t.co/iBg1MixMaq
