@prof_goldberg I experienced one over a decade ago & from it learned 2 touch-stones that helped me:

1] my "worry" was related to irregular heart rates & tachycardia - found deep breathing & valsalva maneuver worked to steady

2] phrase "I am in fear, but not in danger" made me laugh & also come back to earth
