The Kotter approach, often referred to as Leading Change, was the best change management model of the 20th century. It looks pretty dated now.

While my background is in #OrgDev, I found myself taking roles leading teams requiring massive #change and this allowed me to come up with new and more fluid approaches. I like Kotter's framework yet agree it needed to be updated. I like how your model is more inclusive and agile. #OrganizationalDevelopment
